1) Roll Call – Directors present were Jessi Adkins, Manessa Grady, and director Iman Jordan. Laura Haney was absent.
2) Ask Tom about internet Key cards and how to implement them, how to communicate it, how will we charge when people need new ones?
3) 4th of July or Memorial Day Weekend: BBQ?
4) What is the contractor procurement policy?
5) Can we automate the Real Manage Reminder email? Who do we use as an email service?
6) Can we set up email/text reminders for HOA dues
7) Directors set up a workshop to search for inefficiencies
8) Board incorporation date in May (can we merge this with the Memorial Day celebration?)
9) What is our budget approval process?
10) Debt forgiveness programs/incentives programs
