1) Roll Call – Directors present were Vice president Iman Jordan, secretary Natalie Leone and director Anastasia Traskovskaya. Manessa Grady and Laura Haney were absent.
2) Halloween Celebrations & Community Building: Pumpkin Carving and Costume Contest Pumpkin Pie Walk instead of cake walk
3) Insanity workout? Yay or nay? Response: If she’s up to date on her fees, yes, she’s allowed to use the parking lot if she’s doing it for free. No official approval from HOA?
4) Natalie to review Contracts
5) Iman to refurbish website from ground up
6) Executive Portion: Manessa and Anastasiya to sort out the books
