Called to Order at 7:08pm
1) Roll Call – Directors present were Vice President Iman Jordan, Secretary Natalie Leone, Tresurer Anastasia Traskovskaya, and Treasurer Manessa Grady. Laura Haney was absent.
2) 2019 Budget – approved
3) Halloween Celebrations & Community Building: Pumpkin Painting and Costume Contest
4) Iman to refurbish website from ground up continues
5) Executive Portion:
a) HOA Board members to get new bids for Landscaping Company and General Maintenance
b) HOA Board members to start planning for contract re-negotiation
c) HOA Board members to start discussing 5 year plan (HOA fees, new ameneties)
c) Iman to create Halloween Banner and Flyers, Natalie and Anastasiya to find the printing company to print vinyl banner and flyers
